A1: Absolutely! All our slimes are made with non-toxic ingredients and undergo thorough safety checks. We recommend adult supervision for children under 6 to ensure safe and responsible play.

Q2: What ingredients are used in your slimes?

A2: Our slimes typically contain white or clear glue, a non-toxic borax activator, water,lotion and optional add-ins like glitter, colorants, or scents. Every product page lists the exact ingredients.

Q3: Are your slimes scented or hypoallergenic?

A3: We offer both scented and unscented options. If you have specific allergies or concerns, check the product details or reach out to our support team for custom, allergen-free slime requests.

Q4: Do you offer vegan-friendly slimes?

A4: If you have special requirements, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. Ordering & Payments
Q1: How do I place an order on your website?

A1: Browse through our Shop pages (Slime, Supplies, Customise Slime, etc.), select your desired items, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, head to the checkout page to complete your purchase.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?

A2: We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayPal (if applicable). For special bulk orders, we also accept bank transfers.

Q3: Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

A3: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request changes or cancellations. Please email or call us as soon as possible with your order details. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Q1: Where do you ship from, and which locations do you cover?

A1: We are based in New Delhi and currently ship nationwide (or internationally if applicable). Check our Shipping Policy page for a full list of serviceable areas.

Q2: How long does shipping usually take?

A2: Orders typically leave our facility within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders. ( Custom slimes may take 1-2 business days extra)

Q3: Do you offer expedited or same-day shipping?

A3: We do offer express shipping at an additional cost in select regions. If you need your slimes urgently, choose the expedited option at checkout or contact us directly.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q1: What if I’m not satisfied with my slime?

A1: We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with the quality or product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We assess each case individually and will work toward a fair resolution, whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

Q2: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A2: Due to the nature of slime (handcrafted and perishable), we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or incorrect. Make sure to email our customer support with photos and order details for assistance.

5. Slime Care & Troubleshooting
Q1: How do I store my slime so it stays fresh?

A1: Store your slime in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold to preserve texture and color.

Q2: My slime is too sticky or too stiff—what should I do?

A2: - If sticky: Spray a few pumps of the magic potion activator that comes free with your order. You can also make your own by adding 1 tsp of borax to 1 cup of warm water.

  - If stiff: Add a small amount of warm water or lotion and knead until it softens. ( except in the case of any clear slime). For clear slime, few drops of glycerine or a spoon full of clear glue will help once incorporated properly.

Q3: How long does slime typically last?

A3: With proper storage and care, most slimes stay fresh and stretchy for several weeks to a few months. Scents or colours may fade over time, but the slime should remain playable if stored correctly.

Q1: Can I customise a slime?

A1: Yes! Visit our Customise Slime page to select your preferred texture, color, add-ins, and scents. We’ll handcraft your slime to your exact specifications.

Q2: Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

A2: Absolutely. For parties, corporate events, or schools, check out our Bulk Orders page or contact us directly to discuss pricing, personalization, and shipping logistics.

Q3: How far in advance should I place a bulk or event order?

A3: We recommend placing large orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure enough time for production, customization, and shipping.

Q1: How can I book a slime party or workshop?

A1: Head to our Event Bookings page to fill out the inquiry form. Provide details like the event date, location, and number of participants. Our team will get back to you with a quote and availability.

Q2: Do you offer virtual slime workshops?

A2: Yes! We can provide virtual slime sessions for birthdays, classrooms, or team-building events. We’ll ship the necessary supplies in advance, and our instructor will guide you step by step via video conference.
