Because our slimes are sensory products for kids, once opened, they cannot be returned or resold for hygiene and safety reasons.This ensures every customer receives a fresh, untouched product.However, if something doesn’t feel right whether it’s the texture, consistency, or quality please reach out to us. We’re always happy to guide you or review genuine concerns.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

What Ingredients in Your Slime Could Cause Irritation?
Some individuals may be sensitive to certain ingredients:
Borax (used as an activator): can cause dryness or mild irritation with prolonged contact.
Humectants (propylene glycol, propanediol, sorbitol): may cause sensitivity in rare cases.
Fragrance (if added): a potential allergen for some users.
Foaming agents (if present): may irritate very sensitive skin.
While these ingredients are used in safe, controlled amounts, reactions can vary from person to person.
If you notice any irritation, discontinue use and return to it only as and when your skin is comfortable.
