These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale govern your access to and use of the BumblebeeByNivi website, including any purchase made through our Shopify-hosted store. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of the website, you agree to these terms.

 

1.1 Seller information

The website is operated by Bumblebee By Nivi, trading under the brand name BumblebeeByNivi. Our registered address is 67/3, 2nd Floor, Zamrudpur, New Delhi 110048

1.2 Eligibility and parental supervision

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. Purchases for children must be made by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. BumblebeeByNivi products are intended for sensory play and creative enjoyment. They are inedible and unsuitable for children under 3 years of age because small parts, beads, charms, add-ins, lids, or packaging may pose a choking hazard.

 

1.3 Product nature and variation

Our products include handmade, small-batch, sensory-play slime products. Colour, scent strength, texture, stretch, inflation, add-ins, charms, and appearance may vary slightly from images, videos, or descriptions due to lighting, screen settings, batch differences, temperature, storage, and handling. Such reasonable variation is not a defect.

 

Any references to relaxation, stress relief, focus, sensory play, or calming play describe user experience only. Our products are not medical devices, medicines, therapeutic treatments, or substitutes for professional medical advice.

 

1.4 Orders and prepaid payments

We currently accept prepaid orders only. An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order where there is suspected fraud, payment verification concerns, pricing error, stock unavailability, address issue, bulk purchase concern, misuse of offers, or other genuine operational or legal reason.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment gateway partners. We do not store the full card

numbers, UPI credentials, or banking credentials on our own systems.

 

1.5 Pricing, taxes and offers

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors in price, description, discounts, shipping charges, or availability before dispatch. Promotional offers, coupon codes, bundles, free gifts, or limited-edition campaigns may be modified, withdrawn, or restricted at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

 

1.6 Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, weather, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, Shopify outages, payment gateway downtime, or other events beyond our reasonable control shall not make BumblebeeByNivi liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

1.7 Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds

Due to the hygienic and sensory nature of slime products, opened, used, contaminated, tampered, or mishandled products cannot be returned or resold. Our cancellation, replacement, return, and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that a consumer may have under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

 

1.8 Product safety and customer responsibility

Customers must follow the Product Safety, Slime Care and Child Safety Policy and all product-specific instructions.

BumblebeeByNivi shall not be responsible for misuse, ingestion, allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, use by unsupervised children, improper storage, exposure to heat, contamination, drying, over-activation, under-activation after customer handling, or use contrary to the instructions.

 

1.9 Intellectual property

All content on the website, including the BumblebeeByNivi brand name, logo, product names, photographs, videos, designs, packaging, copy, graphics, reels, educational content, slime concepts, product descriptions, and look and feel, belongs to BumblebeeByNivi or its licensors. No customer, reseller, creator, or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, resell, imitate, use, scrape, or exploit our content or brand assets without prior written permission.

1.10 User conduct

• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payments, use false information, place fraudulent orders, or abuse offers.

• You must not upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, abusive content, false claims, or unlawful material through the website or our communication channels.

• You must not use our website or products for unlawful resale, counterfeit activity, misleading advertising, or brand impersonation.

 

1.11 Third-party services and Shopify hosting

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment processing, analytics, shipping, email, SMS, WhatsApp, marketing, and other website functions may be provided by Shopify and other third-party service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, failures, or policies of third-party providers except where required by applicable law.

 

1.12 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BumblebeeByNivi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of profits, emotional distress, loss of data, or losses arising from misuse, improper storage, courier delay, third-party service failure, or customer negligence. Subject to applicable consumer rights, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the

specific product giving rise to the claim.

 

1.13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BumblebeeByNivi harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, unlawful resale, intellectual property misuse, or use of the products contrary to instructions.

 

1.14 Force majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, labour issues, courier disruption, power failure, internet disruption, payment gateway failure, Shopify platform issue, government order, war, civil unrest, or other events

force majeure events.

 

 

1.15 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer forum jurisdiction and mandatory law, courts and competent forums at the National Capital of Delhi, Delhi, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website, products, orders, or these policies.

 

1.16 Updates to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
