Product Safety and Slime Care

BumblebeeByNivi products are sensory-play products. Customers must read product descriptions, age guidance, ingredient notices, care instructions, and warnings before purchase and use.

6.1 Not edible

Our products are not food and must never be eaten, tasted, chewed, sucked, swallowed, or placed in the mouth.

Keep products away from infants, toddlers, pets, and anyone who may accidentally ingest them.

6.2 Adult supervision

Adult supervision is recommended for all children and mandatory for younger children. Products are not suitable for children below 3 years of age. Small charms, beads, glitter, foam balls, add-ins, containers, caps, stickers, and packaging may present choking, ingestion, or suffocation hazards.

6.3 Ingredient and sensitivity notice

Slime products may contain or come into contact with ingredients commonly used in slime and sensory-play products, including glue-based components, borax-based or borate-based activators, humectants such as glycerine, propylene glycol, propanediol, sorbitol or similar ingredients, fragrances, colours, pigments, glitter, beads, foam, clay, charms, decorative add-ins, preservatives, and packaging materials. Individual sensitivities may vary.

Potential reactions may include dryness, irritation, redness, itching, fragrance sensitivity, or discomfort. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Do not use on broken, irritated, allergic, or highly sensitive skin. Customers with known allergies should avoid products containing or suspected to contain relevant allergens.

6.4 Hygiene and handling

  • Wash and dry hands before and after use.
  • Use on a clean surface only.
  • Do not use near eyes, mouth, nose, food, pets, carpets, fabric, electronics, hair, walls, furniture, or porous surfaces.
  • Do not share with multiple users where hygiene is a concern.
  • Close the container immediately after use.

6.5 Storage and slime care

  • Store in the original airtight container.
  • Keep away from sunlight, heat, water, dust, dirt, and fabric.
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze unless the product-specific instruction says so.
  • Do not add water, lotion, oil, food, perfume, sanitizer, or external activators unless specifically instructed by BumblebeeByNivi.
  • Texture may change over time because slime is a sensory product affected by temperature, humidity, storage, and handling.

6.6 Regulatory and labelling commitment

BumblebeeByNivi will endeavour to list, package, and label products in line with applicable Indian laws and product category requirements. Product labels and online product pages should provide relevant details such as product name, quantity, MRP inclusive of taxes where applicable, manufacturer / packer / marketer details, customer care information, warnings, age guidance, batch / date information, and other declarations required by applicable law.
