Returns & Issues
Opened slime cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, leaked, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so the team can review and resolve the issue.
Slime Care
Store slime in the airtight Hivepod after play. Wash hands before use. Keep slime away from heat, direct sunlight, fabric, carpets, hair and dusty surfaces. Use activator only if the slime becomes sticky.

Bumblebee slime is designed for play and is not edible. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
